You'll note we've departed from the usual "our mission and philosophy" section and replaced it instead with a section on accountability.

Because really, what good are the philosophical ideals of a person, or a group of persons, if they're not bringing revenue to your business? We live in the real world and want real results. Results are the essence of accountability.  And to demonstrate that accountability we will use two very easy to understand tools – communication and reporting.

Communication

It makes the world go 'round – or at least our world. That's why we believe in bi-weekly conference calls for the purpose of updating team members on new and exciting product launches, events, travels and upcoming PR opportunities, interviews and integrated marketing concepts.

Reporting

We highly regard your Return On Investment (ROI), so we'll provide you with a six month and a twelve month ROI book that you can share with investors, retailers, customers and team members to get them excited about the work we're doing together. This is an essential reporting tool and one that helps both client and agent reflect on the tactics that worked, and those that may not have, so we can adjust and move forward to be the most successful we can be – together!
